Ulcers can cause a variety of behavioral issues which all the “corrections” or “training” in the world will not solve. If you suspect your horse has ulcers after executing the steps outlined by Dr. DePaolo, try introducing raw cabbage (red or white) into the horse’s daily diet. Just a handful of shredded cabbage. That may just ‘do the trick’!
